User assessment activity report FAQ
Are scores included in the user assessment activity report? The scores on an assessment can range from 0-200 and are grouped into four major segments. Each segment corresponds to a specific proficiency level. The user assessment activity report includes the highest proficiency level achieved across all attempts for a single assessment.
Why the highest proficiency level? Including only the highest proficiency level achieved reflects a type of ‘do no harm’ grading. This allows your employees to not be negatively impacted by a single poor result. Rather, they can complete a series of attempts and be confident their best result is shared.
How do I interpret each proficiency level? The four proficiency levels of our assessment scale are Limited, Developing, Established, and Superior.
You can think of these labels as completing the sentence,
Compared to others, this person’s skills are {performance level achieved}.
