Account owners: How to access and accept the Udemy Business GenAI Additional Terms
Udemy Business account owners can review and accept the Udemy Business GenAI Additional Terms via the GenAI features page. Without this agreement, the GenAI features will remain inactive in your organization’s account.
1. To access the page, click “Manage” at the top of your browser.
2. Next, click “Settings” on the left-hand side and then “GenAI features”.
Account owners will be prompted to review the GenAI Additional Terms and can approve by clicking “Accept”.
Managing your organization's permissions for generative AI (GenAI) features
Once the Udemy Business GenAI Additional Terms terms are accepted the GenAI features will be activated.
Moving forward, admins and owners will have the option to disable the features at any time, which will turn it off for all users of that organization.
Admins and owners can access their organization’s permission settings for Udemy’s GenAI features by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the GenAI features page (steps to do this are outlined in the section above).
2. Click the toggle-off option on the right-hand side of the applicable feature to disable it for your organization’s account.
If you wish to re-enable the GenAI feature moving forward, simply return to the GenAI permissions and toggle the applicable feature back on.
