Question 4: Which audience is this learning path intended for?

  • Best practice: When considering the learners who will take this learning path, take into account the following factors:
  • Scope: Is the learning path intended for the entire company or specific department(s)?
  • Roles: What are the roles of the employees within the company?
  • Experience Levels: Are the employees managers, individual contributors (ICs), or at other levels?
  • Prior Experience: What prior experience do the employees have?
  • Example responses:
    • Mid-level DevOps engineers
    • Managers from Product, Design, and Engineering Departments that have completed an entry-level course on GenAI
    • Senior DevOps Engineers with 5+ Years of Kubernetes Experience
    • Mid-Level AWS Solution Architects that have earned the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Certification

Question 5: How proficient is the audience in these particular skills?

  • Best practice: Consider the employees’ prior experience in the skill area:
    • Beginner: Limited or no prior experience; building foundational understanding.
