Schedule a learning reminder
To schedule learning reminders on your mobile device, and receive push notifications for them:
- Open the Udemy Business app on your device and tap Account at the bottom-right.
- On the Account settings screen, tap Learning reminders.
3. Toggle on the Mobile notification type.
- Note: If your notifications are not allowed, you’ll be directed to the notification settings on your device to enable notifications on the Udemy Business app.
5. Follow the prompts on screen to complete these fields:

- (Optional) Name: Enter a custom name for your reminder.
- (Optional) Attach content: Select a course to relate your reminder to.
Step 2 of 3
- (Required) Frequency: Select from Daily, Weekly, or Once.
- If you selected Weekly, choose your desired day(s) in the Day field.
- If you selected Once, set the date for your reminder in the Date field.
- (Required) Time: Set the time you want to receive your reminder.

(Required) Add to calendar: To add the reminder to your calendar, tap the logo for your calendar and follow the prompts on screen.
6. Tap Done to save your reminder.
Edit a learning reminder
To make updates to a learning reminder:
- Navigate to Account > Learning reminders.
- Tap on the learning reminder you want to update.
3. Tap Edit beside the field you want to update, and follow the prompts on screen to update and save your reminder.
Cancel a learning reminder
To stop learning reminders on your mobile device:
- Navigate to Navigate to Account > Learning reminders.
- Tap on the learning reminder you want to update.
- Tap Delete reminder.
