How to access insights for public paths from a learning path page
To access the Path insights page from a specific path, click the 3 dots on the path page and select View path activity from the dropdown.
On the path activity page, you can view these insights:
- Number of users enrolled
- Number of assigned users
- Average time consumed per enrolled user
- Enrolled users completion rate
Note: If there's no entry for a user in the Assigned column, this indicates that the learner self-enrolled in the path, or they were unassigned the path but haven’t unenrolled from the path.
To send reminders to all assigned users, click the 3 dots under the path name, then click Send reminders to all.
How to access insights for private paths
If the learning path is private, you can access its insights directly from the learning path. Insights for private learning paths are not shown in the Path insights page. Additionally, enrollments for private learning paths are not shown under the user enrollments in the Manage Users page.

How is the learning path progress of a learner calculated?
A learner’s progress is determined by calculating the number of items in the learning path that the learner has completed, versus the total number of items that are included in the path.
For example, if a learning path includes 5 lecture videos and 2 quizzes, the learner will need to complete 7 items in total to finish the path. If they have completed 3 items, then their progress would be posted as 3/7 items completed.
What is the definition of users enrolled on the Path insights page?
Users enrolled on the Path insights page refers to the number of learners who are currently enrolled in the assigned path. This figure includes users who have unenrolled or are anonymized.
These numbers can be different as Assigned to refers to an action the admin took (assigning the path), while Users enrolled is the number of learners currently enrolled.
