Why was the email address changed for your Udemy Business account?
If you are a Udemy Business learner, please note that your organization’s administrators can update your email address by requesting a change via our support team. If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) or SCIM (System for Cross Domain Management), then these changes can be made through your organization’s identity provider (IdP).
If the email address associated with your Udemy Business account has been changed on your user profile, and you believe this is an error, please contact your account administrator to verify the change was requested or completed by your organization.
