    How can I get help if I have questions or need assistance?

    For support and/or product-related questions, we have extensive articles in our Help Center, which include answers to frequently asked questions or provide troubleshooting steps to help resolve issues. 

    To access the Udemy Business Help Center, log in to your Udemy Business account, click your user menu in the upper right-hand corner, and select Help.


    If you still have questions after reviewing our Help Center resources, or an issue that you cannot solve, please contact Udemy Business Support and a member of our team will respond within 24 hours.

    Who has access to the Udemy Business Help Center?

    All Udemy Business users, admins, and group admins have access.

    How do I report a technical issue?

    If you encounter a technical issue and are unable to solve it via our troubleshooting articles, please contact Udemy Business Support.

    If you email your Customer Success Manager regarding a technical issue, they will forward your request to our support team to create a case.
