How to access your certificate of completion on the Udemy Business mobile app
1. After you have completed all of the curriculum items of the course, tap More.
2. Next, tap Course certificate.
3. The certificate will look similar to the image below. To download the certificate, click Download. Certificates can be downloaded as a .pdf or .jpg file.
Please note:
- Practice test courses do not offer a certificate of completion (custom courses for organizations, which only feature practice test lectures, can offer a certificate of completion if enabled by the course creator).
- Unlike the course taking experience via the Udemy marketplace, lectures cannot be marked as complete and the course progress cannot be reset.
Sharing certificates
It is at the discretion of your organization’s administrators whether or not learners can share their certificates on social media platforms.
If enabled for your organization's account, you can share your certificate as a post across several social media platforms by tapping the Share button on your certificate page.
Please make sure you are logged into the desired social media platform. After clicking Share, a customizable text template will appear with a link to your certificate. You can personalize your message before posting your certificate.
Encountering issues? If you are having trouble seeing the automated message, you can manually share your certificate on social media by using the URL at the top of your browser. You can also use the certificate URL, found at the top right of the certificate.
- If you would like for the certificate to be publicly visible, please be sure to remove your organization’s domain name, similar to the formatting included on your certificate. You can also generate a URL that can be copy-and-pasted without requiring any editing via the Download options noted above.
Please note: Sharing your certificate differs from adding your certification to your online profiles. For detailed instructions on how to do this, please review the instructions of each respective social media platform.
