1. AI Assistant for learners

Learners are often overwhelmed by the amount of learning options available to them. Once they do find the right content, their learning can get blocked without instant support and answers to questions. For organizations, this can slow down projects and severely reduce their ability to deliver on company objectives.
To solve this problem, we launched a new AI Assistant. Powered by the content of top-rated Udemy Business instructors, the AI Assistant uses natural dialogue to guide learners from Enterprise Plan organizations to the most relevant content for their learning needs. For both Enterprise and Team Plan learners, the AI Assistant can answer course-related questions in real-time. With the ability to suggest question prompts, summarize content, explain complex concepts, and more, the AI Assistant unblocks learning and helps learners reach their learning and business goals faster than ever before.
The AI Assistant will appear throughout the Udemy Business learning experience when it is available in your language, including when learners search for new courses and within courses from participating instructors. You may need to turn on the GenAI Features Learn how.

2. Skills Mapping and AI-powered learning paths for organization administrators

For skills-based organizations, there's an increasing demand for efficient ways to align learning content with critical business skills. However, identifying necessary skills and curating relevant content is often a manual, time-consuming process for L&D leaders. Our Skills Mapping and AI-powered learning paths tool addresses this challenge head-on.
This innovative tool will help Udemy Business administrators quickly define critical skills and create tailored learning paths, streamlining a process that can take hours of manual work per learning path. It aligns top-rated instructor content directly with organizational needs, resulting in optimized learning programs that meet business goals.
Step 1: Tell Udemy who you are building a Learning Path for and what you want them to learn.
Step 2: The tool will translate your skill needs into skill requirements in the form of an editable skills tree.
Step 3: The tool will search the Udemy Business content library for relevant course material, and you will receive top recommended sections along with additional ones that you can swap based on your preferences.
Step 4: From the recommended content in the skills tree, the tool will build you an editable learning path that aligns with your learning goals and skill needs.
3. AI Content generation tools for organizations

We've built AI-powered coding exercises to reduce the workload of creating solution code and test cases, while allowing you to share your industry expertise more effectively within courses. This is just the beginning, with even more enhancements planned for the future.
We’re excited for what the future of learning looks like at Udemy with GenAI, and we hope you are too! In order to use these features, your organization will need to agree to and opt-in to our new GenAI Additional Terms. The account owner for your organization can do this through their admin dashboard. They will be prompted to do so after September 26.
