Introducing English course captions
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve access to learning, we're very excited to announce the general availability of English language captions. With this release, we hope to better serve learners who may be gaining proficiency in English, those who may be hearing impaired, as well as those who simply learn best with a little extra on-screen aid.
In order to enable captions while watching a course, select the closed captions icon at the bottom right of your screen.
The People Innovators Summit
On September 26, we welcomed over 200 L&D leaders to the Pearl in San Francisco for our inaugural People Innovators Summit — an incredible, action-packed day examining the workplace of the future. Industry leaders from Facebook, SAP, Intel, Uber, Zendesk, Pinterest and more discussed their approach to reimagining L&D — as well as how they've addressed their teams' most pressing learning needs. Look out for a full recap (and future event plants) soon!
Improvements to course search suggestions
To make it easier than ever for users to find the course that best matches their interests, we've improved the technology that powers our search results. With this update, users can expect to see more dynamic suggestions based on their prior search history, top instructors in their areas of interest, and more.
