Today well-known tech companies still only include less than 5% of African-American or Hispanic employees in their workforce. And women still hold a mere 14% of top CEO jobs. We have to get better.
We hosted a People Innovators event in San Francisco to discuss Addressing Unconscious Bias through Learning. Our panel of HR and Diversity & Inclusion Leaders included key people from Pinterest, Entelo, Visa, and Revinate. Together they shared some of the ways they are reforming organizational processes to eliminate bias and ultimately create more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
