All technical issues will now be tracked via Zendesk tickets. If you have a technical issue, please submit a ticket through our Help Center or email email@example.com.
If you email your Customer Success Manager regarding a technical issue, they will forward your request to the Support team to create a case.
How do I suggest a course be added to the Udemy Business collection?
Now, every user can suggest courses be added or topics enhanced. If you would like to suggest a new course be added to the Udemy Business collection, you can do so using this form. Please note that this form submits suggestions for courses to be added to the general Udemy Business collection, which is available to all Udemy Business users, not just users in your company's account.
What is the likelihood my course request is added to the Udemy Business collection?
We appreciate customer course suggestions. However, it is not guaranteed your course suggestions will be added to the collection. Courses that are added must be applicable to all of our customers and must meet our instructor and quality standards. The Content Team will notify you of our decision whether to approve, or deny your suggestion, within 3 - 5 weeks.
